10 x 8 garden shed VGC 1 yr old incl light & gutter. The shed has been used as a temporary store during building work. The woodwork has been pressure treated and the shed is well made with internal bracing. The shed has a door and window on the front and it comes complete with a set of base floor bearers and a separate internal floor. The panels have all been screwed together and will come apart easily - preferably using a cordless screwdriver (PZ2 bit).

Power can be made available if you have a corded screwdriver. Access to the road is all hard surface, relatively easy and involves about 6 steps down to the pavement.

The roof was felted on completion of assembly as a complete panel - slitting the felt from front to back at its central joint will be the best way of separating the roof panels. There is new guttering and a downpipe at the rear of the shed - as seen in one image. On re-assembly it will only need a further layer of felt to overlay the existing reconstructed roof - then refix the guttering for a really good drained roof! It has an internal battery operated sensor light. We have set a realistic re-sale price to reflect the excellent condition and will accept sensible offers.
