This is a very unique listing. It has been fully insulated, plastered, and has laminate wood flooring. We also cut out a rear door so that we could access the space from inside the house. We don't require the office space any longer and this seems far too good a unit to simply destroy and take to the skip. This is why we have listed the item for sale. Since the item was built inside the garage, it won't simply slide out along the floor, it is too high to slide under the garage door. Perhaps if the roof was unscrewed, you could cut down all 4 corners with a reciprocating saw (or angle grinder), and then take it away in panels. OR it may simply be easier to fully dismantle the summerhouse in sequence, as it was built.

Maybe this would suit a builder, or someone who has experience with dismantling and rebuilding items. We are open to suggestions. So hopefully someone can see value in this unit and have a good use for it. The desk and shelving shown in the photographs does not come with this unit. The good thing about this shed is that it has never been outside and exposed to the elements.
