The shed is generally in very good condition. The inside is totally dry and there is no rot or mould inside. The roof is completely sound. The front step needs some attention (see photos) as some of the timbers have perished.

Also one of the decorative trims at the front has come off. The doors stick a bit as they have swollen slightly. The timber has been treated throughout its lifetime, but has not been treated recently. Lockable double door (key included).

Hole cut for cat flap (can be blanked off if not needed). The summerhouse will need to be dismantled on collection. I don't have the instructions for putting it back together, but these things are generally fairly straight-forward especially if you know how it fits together from when you took it apart! Depth (excluding porch): 190cm (6ft). Depth (including porch): 250cm (8ft). Height (at apex): 220cm (7ft).

Height (at eaves): 190cm (6ft). Door height: 175cm (5ft 8in).
