Painted summer house / playhouse / cabin / shed that has been used by the kids as a play house and more recently us for chairs and stuff. Some lovely detail on the doors, shutters and internally its got wooden panelling. We are told its all very high quality. Measures 3m x 3m plus the optional decking which adds a matching 3m x 3m plus 70cm steps (we are on a slope). All wood and roof in very good condition but decking needs a paint. Table and chairs not included. One or two small window pane need replacing but as there are shutters we have never changed and the wood on the optional decking needs painting and the rope replacing. Not sure how old but would guess 4 to 5 years. If interested you will need to be very able and experienced at dismantling a similar wooden structure as Ive not got a clue and cant assist. It's 3m x 3m for the actual summer house base (plus wood landing area) but with the roof overhang included 3.5m x 3.5m.
