Heavy Duty Green Mineral Felt. CLADDING THICKNESS:- The standard thickness of most cladding used is 13mm. However, please note that when talking about wood this is the nominal thickness, this means that the wood used prior to plainning is 13mm. The finished size is normally a few mm less.

Whilst we take every effort in selecting the timber which match the average advertised sizing this is subject to availability of the timber that has been machined and cannot be guaranteed. We DO NOT use chipboard or sterling board, ALL our sheds are timber constructed. Our heavy duty sheds are felted with green mineral felt. Our buildings are treated with a water base treatment for the protection during transit. It is necessary to treat your building with a good quality Spirit Base or Similar Preservative On receipt of your building.

This will protect your builiding from weather and need annual treatment. The building if it has not been constructed on a firm level base. The building if it has not been treated immediately once constructed. The building for movement, warping or splitting of timbers (this can occur naturally over time). We cannot control the natural causes of the weather, therefore, we will not cover for Storm/Frost/Weather Damage.

We are also happy to place windows and doors where most convienient for you. ALL OUR BUILDINGS ARE MADE TO IMPERIAL MEASURMENTS AND NOT METRIC, THEREFORE ALL BUILDINGS LISTED ARE METRIC EQUIVALENT. Please note: All windows are glazed at no extra cost. WE HAVE A HIGHLY TRAINED TEAM OF FITTERS AND ALL OUR BUILDINGS ARE ERECTED FREE OF CHARGE AS PART OF OUR SERVICE.

WE CAN ADVISE ON ANY ASPECT OF TIMBER BUILDING DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION AS WELL AS BASE PREPARATIONS. Our Heavy Duty Apex GARAGE will accommodate high levels of use and storage.

We manufacture Apex and Pent style buildings. ANY SIZES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR REQUEST. IF YOUR BUILDING IS TO BE ERECTED PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A LEVEL BASE AS THIS IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBLITY. CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ERECT YOUR BUILDING IF THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY. WE NEED CLEAR ACCESS ONTO THE PROPERTY AND WILL NOT LIFT UP AND OVER GARAGES OR EXTENSIONS.

Also note, at the time of fitting - If your base is not suitable and requires a re-visit to your property, there will be a re-call charge cost according to your area, as this is our company policy regarding unsuitable bases.
