This item is made to order as per your specification we do not hold stock for long periods of time. This is a new bespoke product manufactured to your requirements. A solid pine timber summer house or nice looking garden shed. This item includes a 2ft deep front veranda area, and is always 8ft wide at the front of the building.

(NO OSB or CHEAP CHIPBOARD USED). We only use tongued and grooved timber in this summer house including the floor and roof. The tall 1.7m internal eaves height and 2.25m ridge gives plenty of headroom and the feel of a large summer house without taking over the garden. The 2ft front veranda is included in the overall footprint size listed, so on this item the internal is 8ft wide x 4ft deep.

The Georgian style windows are included as standard but more contemporary windows can be supplied on request (no frets). Fully tongued and grooved timber.

Fully tongued and grooved throughout (minimum 12mm finish) Including the floor and roof. Treated with a anti fungal water based preservative base coat. 1.7 meter internal approximate eaves height.

2.25 meter internal approximate ridge height. Strong 28mm x 45mm finish framework with radius corners. Full Shed style ledge and braced door. Supplied in large pre framed panels for stability and strength. Supplied with all fixings, felt and build instructions.

The sizes quoted are approximate and the roof will overhang the footprint. We can deliver to some parts of Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall but not all, so please message us for a quotation.
