The Expert range offer an extra tall ceiling, measuring at just under 230cm internal ridge height meaning a comfortable, crouch free design.
All of our sheds come with a 10 year guarantee against rot and decay, for that extra piece of mind. Now with floor, roof and premium green mineral felt included in the price your building is complete, meaning you don't have to worry about the extras! Our pressure treated garden buildings come with an increased 15 year anti-rot promise that protects the wood on your building against rot and decay. Chemical preservatives are forced into the wood for an extra level of protection with our pressure treatment.

What is the cladding thickness? 11mm: All tongue and groove sheds, summerhouses, playhouses and greenhouses are made of thick 11mm Tongue and Groove cladding. This is great for medium to large buildings ideal for seasonal use. How often do I need to treat my building?The building should be treated once fully assembled and within one month of receiving the product. Will I need planning permission for this building? If the building is shorter than 2.5m tall you should not require planning permission, (unless it's more than 50% of your garden or to be put in your front garden).
Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before ordering from us. How long does it take to assemble this building? We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, our buildings are designed and made to be easy and simple to assemble.
Using the assembly instruction included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people you can expect to have your BillyOh building up within a day, or as little as 3-4 hours with some of our smaller buildings. How is the building delivered? Our buildings are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily manoeuvrable and fit through a standard doorway.
Does this come with instructions? All our products come with a digital instruction booklet, which will be emailed to you to read through before your order is delivered!
