Please see our other listing for an office pod. Our aim is to produce the highest quality leisure and commercial buildings for your requirements at an affordable price. Gold Line pods include full insulation to the walls and floor, PVCu 28mm Double Glazed French doors and window in grey, full exterior wood staining (in a colour of your choice), high quality roof shingles (in a colour of your choice). All pods are 3.1m wide external finish (wide meaning across the gable door opening end). These all have an internal head height from floor to ceiling of 2.4m.

The Specification: We start by building all of our unique pods with fully treated and regularised (rounded edges) FSC graded timber base framewhich is screwed together using high quality corrosion resistant fixings. Our Goldline Pods come with Insulation as standard. This includes an insulated floor incorporated into the base frame and 100mm insulation incorporated inside the roof voids and thermawrap insulation to the gable walls. This allows the Pods to be used all year round.

We fully manufacture in house, our unique I-Beam roof trusses which give the classic'Pod' shape. Not only are they unique, they are also capable of withstanding 160kg loading per truss which makes them one of the strongest truss designs available for this type of building.

Once the outer shell of the roof sections and gables are constructed, we use a roofing membrane/breathable felt before applying the roofing finish and the exterior cladding. We offer a wide range of roof finishes including felt shingles as standard.

They are available in various colors and patterns. We can also apply Cedar Shingles at an additional cost. SHINGLE OPTIONS: Square Shingles, Hexagonal Shingles, Fishscale Shingles SHINGLE COLORS: Slate Grey, Red, Black, Green, Autumn Brown. Our pods includes free preserving of all the exterior cladding and this is available in many different colors: Light Brown, Golden Brown, Dark Brown, Mahogany Tan, Red Cedar, Forest Green, Ebony Black & Clear. We use a product that offers excellent wood preserving properties and prolongs the life of the exterior timber. Our pods come as standard with CE approved PVCu French Double Doors and a side opening casement window to match which include a 15 year guarantee.

The doors and window come fitted with a multi-point locking system and feature 28mm double glazing and trickle vents. The interior of our pods is finished with 16mm natural spruce cladding and comes as standard with 100mm bullnose or shamfered skirting.

All of our gable end walls are 70mm thick, almost twice the thickness of what all our competitors are offering!! Not only that our finished roof thickness is a staggering 140mm thick! To finish, all our interior profile wall corners are finished with a natural pine quadrant. Optional extras we offer include.

Electric Pack (includes 2 x double gang sockets with USB ports, ceiling light + switch & consumer unit). Bluetooth Speaker Pack (Includes Bluetooth receiver and 2 ceiling mounted speakers).

We can only deliver these pre erected and not sectional. They are delivered via a large HGV with Hiab crane and can be lifted into position (see images). The Hiab can drop a 2.4m x 3.1m pod around 12m away from where the lorry would park.
