This 20.5ft (width) x 22ft (length) Wooden Shed/Workshop is easily big enough to park two cars. Used, but mostly in okay condition (see below).

There are two double garage doors on the front elevation, with locks and perspex windows. It is laid directly onto a concrete floor, so no floor included.

The walls and roof are wood construction with metal trusses. Doesn't include the small wooden lean-to extension pictured to the right hand side of the front elevation. It's already been dismantled and the roof stripped of felt. It will need will need some new sections of chipboard roof and re-felting.
