Pent Sheds Tanalith E pressure treated. Pictured is one of our 10x8 loglap pent sheds with EPDM rubber roof and sat on concrete rods and piles.

All our buildings come with a 10 year guarantee against rot and workmanship. This sheds base is sat using the rod and pile system. A hole dug 400mm deep with a 600mm threaded bar set into concrete with retainers. The threaded bar sticks out by 200mm then goes through the floor and walls and bolts everything together. The floor sits on 50mm steel washers.

This system allows the floor to be exactly plum to the millimetre and the base as close as possible to the floor to allow just enough air flow over the weed suppressant. Also a really good system for uneven floors. The rods and piles cannot be used over solid ground. All our buildings are covered by our ten year guarantee against rot and workmanship.
