Woodland Creations is a company based in Hull, UK, producing high-spec garden buildings made with top quality materials. Pictured is one of our 8x4 foot pent sheds. Our constructions are built to a very high standard using over-engineered materials to help with longevity. All our timber used internal and external is treated with Tanalith E pressure treatment. The treatment is forced into the timber in a compression chamber. All roof boards are moister resistant class 2 construction plywood for the EPDM roof to adhere to. Our floors are made with 3x2 tanalised CLS timber with 18mm tanalised T&G floor boards and floor bearers every 400mm. Wall construction is 50x40mm tanalised timber for the framework and 18mm Log Lap cladding. Wall height has an internal height of 7 foot 2 inches down to 6 foot 10 inches. Extra height is standard on all our sheds which also gives a door height of 6 foot 2 inches so standing up straight isn't an issue, even for the tallest of people.

The door is also made up of the same framing as the main shed with double braces and is very heavy duty. Roof construction is made up of 3x2 tanalised cls as the main frame work and 15mm hordwood structural class 2 plywood. This has the EPDM rubber roof bonded to it.

The EPDM rubber roof covering is standard on all our buildings and, once your shed is in place, it will never have to be touched again and has a life expectancy of 30 plus years. Around the exterior of the roof is a storm brace which allows a 25mm gap between the main roof frame and the storm brace. The 18mm exterior cladding sits in this 25mm gap on 8mm spacers, leaving a functional air flow void to stop condensation build up on whatever you store in your shed without letting any weather in at all.

It also allows fumes from any machinery or chemicals you want to store, to escape. Doors can be positioned anywhere required and windows added. Each door is supplied with 3 heavy duty black T hinges and a shoot bolt as standard.

Security can be added as an optional extra. If a base is needed we can do this also as an added extra. Fitting available outside of Yorkshire for an additional cost.
