It's almost as good as new, in fact a lot of the shiplap panels have been replaced with superior timber and using quality wood screws instead of nails.

This makes it much easier to replace any panels in future. It has been painted at least once a year using Ronseal timber paint and occasionally treated with a coating of PVA for extra water repellant properties.

Also, please note that both doors have been recently rebuilt and the felt was replaced last year. I also include in the sale x5 quality wood bearers (see photo) to raise the shed from the ground, which allows air to circulate under the shed. Exact dimensions are as follows - 182cm Wide 78cm Deep 142cm Height at Rear 132cm Height at Front. Note that I can help with the dismantling of the shed for transportation.
