Substantial 6.24M x 5.5M Wooden Garden Shed/Workshop/home office/hobbies/Mancave. This was a former farm shop within the grounds of a farmhouse & yard that is being redeveloped. We believe the farm shop is in excess of 30 years, but needs to be removed to make way for a new garage for the refurbished farmhouse. It is in fair condition for its age but would benefit from new coat of wood stain after reassembly on new site. Dry inside - no ingress of water.

Length 6.24M (20.5 feet). Height to apex approximately 2.4M (8 feet). Working interior height 1.9M (6'3).

T&G exterior cladding with felted roof. Double glazed UPVC windows on both sides. Single UPVC door on one end. Walls lined with screw fixed hardboard. Rockwool insulation in walls & ceiling.

Timber T&G floor supported on sleepers. Distribution board and light and power sockets but no electrical certification. Part of the boundary fence will be dismantled for easy Access to road close by (see last photo). The photographs are here as part of the description, so that you can see the condition & construction.
