Includes shelving and work bench plus some spare cladding. Believed to be around 7 years old. Shed is built from a solid concrete base - there is no timber floor included.

Recent felt roof due to rebuilding. Spare felt included that will do at least a third of the roof again. Roof edge timbers could do with renewing in next few years. Item will be available for collection from the 18th January 2021.
