Both of the variations come with tall, wide double doors with a high apex giving you a walk-in shed with great head height. Green mineral roofing felt is also included on this building to increase the products weather resistance and overall lifetime as well as helping to keep your possessions clean and dry. To improve your buildings lifetime and durability further, you can opt for our pressure treatment option, increasing your BillyOh guarantee to 15 years. The sheds have a tall ridge height of up to 7'8" or 8'1" depending on the size you choose with an eaves height of 5'8 to offer increased headroom and mobility when inside the shed. For added strength and stability, all of our garden buildings feature double framed corners and have 28mm x 28mm floor joists to provide a sturdy base to support your shed. Our garden buildings come with a 10 year anti-rot promise that protects the wood on your building against rot and decay.

The pressure treatment options have an increased 15 year anti-rot guarantee. What is the difference between Spray Treated and Pressure Treated? As this only lasts through the transit stage, we do advise treating the wood after installation to protect and preserve it, as well as annual maintenance. Pressure Treated: For an extra level of protection, you can opt for a pressure treated building which is an effective way of keeping the wood long lasting. This is an extra step in the manufacturing process where the wood is treated in a pressurised tank.

Chemical preservatives are forced deep into the wood's fibres to resist rot, decay and termites. When you upgrade to Pressure Treatment, the guarantee is extended from 10 to 15 years.
